• The Max — Best for two guests or a couples getaway, with one King bedroom, a full kitchen, one spa-style bathroom, and a private hot tub.
• Creek Haus — Best for couples, families, or friends wanting two private bedrooms. It has King and Queen bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a full kitchen, a private hot tub, and space for up to six guests.
• Cozy Cottage — A more intimate option with a King bedroom, an open Queen loft, one full bath, a kitchenette, a fenced yard, a private hot tub, and space for up to four guests.
• Main St. Retreat — Creek Haus and Cozy Cottage reserved together—ideal for larger families or groups who want separate living spaces on the same property. It has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two private hot tubs, sleeps 8 comfortably, and accommodates up to 12 with two sleeper sofas.
• Rae's Retreat — Best for larger groups wanting one single-story home, with four bedrooms, three baths, three King beds plus two Full beds, and space for up to eight guests.

Main St. Retreat combines Creek Haus and Cozy Cottage, giving your group two private living spaces on one property. It sleeps 8 guests comfortably and up to 12 with two sleeper sofas, with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two kitchen areas, and two private hot tubs.

All of our retreats are within walking distance of Main Street and Marktplatz. Creek Haus, Cozy Cottage, and Main St. Retreat are about three blocks, or an 8-minute walk, from Marktplatz. The Max, located in Fredericksburg's Historic District, is also about an 8-minute walk from Marktplatz. Rae's Retreat is about a 15-minute walk from Marktplatz and approximately eight blocks from Main Street.

Creek Haus, Cozy Cottage, Main St. Retreat, and The Max all have private hot tubs. Rae's Retreat does not have a hot tub.

Creek Haus, Cozy Cottage, Main St. Retreat, and The Max welcome up to two pets, with a maximum weight of 70 pounds per pet. The pet fee is $89 per stay whether you bring one pet or two.

Note: Rae's Retreat currently does not accept pets.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM.

Early check-in is sometimes available on request. A guaranteed 1:00 PM arrival is generally available for $50 because the cleaning schedule must be reprioritized; email us before your stay to ask.

Arrival is completely contactless. Check-in instructions are provided two days before arrival, and your unique access code is provided on the day of check-in at the 4:00 PM check-in time.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Only registered guests may use the property, and smoking and parties are not permitted.

Guests can explore Main Street and Marktplatz, restaurants, wineries along the Wine Road, live music, museums, and Enchanted Rock. See the Fredericksburg guide for a curated starting point.
